After weeks of searching for a Dodge Charger from both a dealership and private dealer, I finally found exactly what I was looking for and at a price that could not be beat. When I found the listing on Autotrader.com, it sounded to good to be true. I immediately called to see if the vehicle was still available, and right away from that initial call, all of the staff was extremely helpful, expecially Shari Roufberg. Shari was not only very informative, but she was also very patient and unlike many other care sales person I have dealt with in the past. She was not overly aggressive. She continually offered me time to discuss matters with my family and was very understanding to my needs and concerns, which was very refereshing. I recently went to Bill Volz Westchester because I was having some problems with my Jeep stalling periodically. After going to the service department and being greeted by the service team, I was offered hot coffee in the showroom while I waited. My car was fixed in no time at all and I had my battery replaced due to low wattage. The coffee was great and I enjoyed it in their comfortable waiting area. The television in there was bigger than the one I have at home. It was an overall great experience. I would definitely recomment this dealership to my friends and family.

In December, I purchased a new 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo from Joe Tucker at Bill Volz Westchester. the 2009 model year was the last year that they were offering the Lifetime Warranty and I wanted to take advantage of it. I only had one week to find what I was looking for, and Joe went above and beyond to find a V8 Grand Cherokee with the towing capacity for my horse trailer. I came into Bill Volz originally because I heard about their inventory of Dodge's which I love. As I came in, I expected to be hounded and pressured by sales people, and to my surprise, I was not at all and it made it a better experience. Any questions that I had, were answered with a genuine and informing response and before long, I was able to chose a new Dodge that I wanted to purchase from this great no pressure dealership. Monthly maintenace has also been a breeze as I bring my Dodge into their service department and have it back before I know it and it is ready to go. It was very relaxing to me knowing that I can go to a dealership that I can rely on and get grade A service. That is how it should be at every dealership.
